Every time you interact with a potential customer ask yourself:
1. What do I want my audience to do as a result of this communication?
2. What is my audience’s motivation for taking my desired action?
3. How am I rewarding my audience for taking my desired action?
People are not stupid, but they are pushed a hundred different directions every minute. It’s up to you to break through the cacophony of life and make sure that your message, your solution to their problem, is heard.
